Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to assign the land covered in Sy.Nos.82 of Kondamanchili village, Achanta Mandal, West Godavari district, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. The 3rd respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that the proposal for issuance of house-sites pattas in respect of the subject land has been dropped and alternative land was identified in R.S.No.188-7b of the same village and pattas were also issued to the beneficiaries identified by the state. 4. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner that the subject land, which is classified as pathway, would be assigned in favour of the beneficiaries of the “Navaratanalu-Pedalandariki Illu” Scheme, is resolved. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
