Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:- “(i)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Order/Notice dated 23.07.2019 issued by Regional Manager (West Region), Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation, Ramnagar, District-Nainital reducing the salary of the petitioner Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with the Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- to the extent of Rs. 9,300-34,800/- Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/-. 1 2025:UHC:4903 (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay the pay scale Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with the Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- to the petitioner as provide to that prior January 2019. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of the reduce salary from the month of February 2019 till the date. (iv) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may think deem, fit and proper in the circumstances of the Case. (v) Award the Cost.” 2. Heard Mr. M.C.
