Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Ram Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA for the State and Sri Uday Bhan for the opposite party no. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have entered into compromise on 30.11.2024, copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure-1 at page 6 of the supplementary affidavit, reference whereof has been made in para 2 on 24.01.2025 and the same stands filed before the court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C., Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that direction be issued for verification and in the meantime interim protection be accorded. 4. Learned AGA as well as counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the said submission, the application stands disposed of directing the applicants to appear before the court below on 21.08.2025 along with the self attested copy of the supplementary, certified copy of the order. On the receipt of the same, the court below shall make endeavour to put to notice the other party and thereafter verify the compromise application with most expedition. 6. Till the verification is done in the compromise application so submitted by the parties, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the proceedings of Case No. 639 of 2023 (State Vs. Riya and others), under sections 147, 452, 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Prem Nagar, District Bareilly arising out of Case Crime No. 319 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Bareilly. 7. The protection accorded to the applicants is only available subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and timeline as provided herein and in case of default, the order shall stand vacated without reference to the Bench.
