Singh,Rajesh Tripathi Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner preferred the present writ petition seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to accept the application Form of main examination of Combined State Agriculture Services Examination 2024 of petitioner, which is duly submitted online on the web portal of respondent no. 1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only with respect to relief no. (ii). 4. It is argued that raising his grievances the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the respondent no. 1 namely, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Prayagraj through its Secretary, but till date no decision has been taken. 5. In this view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no. 1, namely Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Prayagraj through its Secretary, to take a decision on the aforesaid representation most expeditiously and positively within a period of two weeks from today. 7.
