Needless to mention that the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners before this Court apprehending threat of their life and property from their respective parents. 3. The perusal of record reflects that the apprehension of threat of life and property of the petitioners is no more exists due to efflux of time and the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. Interim protection, granted to the petitioners vide order dated 01.10.2024 stands vacated.
