Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Sahanur Sheikh, son of Majibar Sheikh, resident of village-Chikibiki, Police Station-Bongaigaon, District-Bongaigaon has filed this pre-arrest bail application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail in Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 403/2024 under Section 376 IPC read with Sections 66E/67A of the IT Act, corresponding to G.R. No. 711/2024. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. N Ahmed, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre-arrest bail application, to which Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam has no objection. 4.
