For Petitioner : Mr.S.Arokia Mani Raj For Respondents : Mr.M.Rajendiran Addl.Govt.Pleader ORDER The present writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the1st respondent to provide information for item No.4 & 5, sought for by the petitioner under R.T.I. Act, 2005 by vide order of the 3rd respondent in case in S.A.No.5574/F/2022 dated 27.06.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent and pass orders and dispose of the same . 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he sent an application under R.T.I.Act, 2005 on 05.10.2021 to the first respondent. On 10.11.2021, the first respondent sent a response denied information to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred First Appeal to the second respondent and the same was confirmed the order of the first respondent. The third respondent passed an order dated 27.06.2024 to provide information. However, the first respondent denied the information stating that the records not available. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he sought eight documents under Right to Information Act out of which, six documents have been given to the petitioner, remaining two documents i.e. i) legalheir certificate and ii) No Objection Certificate for appointment of Stella Bai were not given. 4. The leaned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that information sought for by the petitioner is not available as per proceedings of the first respondent, Public Information Officer, The Office Manager (D), Rural Development Department, Navalpour, Ranipet District dated 27.01.2025. In view of the above instructions stated that both the legalheir certificate of father of Stella bai as well as the No Objection Certificate for appointment of Stella Bai, are not available in the Office records. 6. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed.
