Sri Shiv Raj Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhishek Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3 in Complaint Case No. 212 of 2023, whereby complaint was filed with the allegation of offence punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420, 120B, 467, 468, 392, 363, 366, 504, 506, 511 IPC, P.S. Bah, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that the matrimonial disputes have been amicable settled between the daughter-in-law of the applicant and son of the applicant. The applicant is father-in-law of Pooja (daughter-in-law). It is further submitted that no matrimonial dispute is pending between the parties. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shiv Raj Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
