No. 515/2024). 2. The (Cr.M.P. No. 561/2024) has been filed with the following prayer:- 4 “It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to quash the F.I.R. No. 36/2024 (Annexure P/1) as well as subsequential proceeding in the interest of justice” 3. The (Cr.M.P. No. 515/2024) has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to quas the F.I.R. No. 25/24 and 36/24 (Annexure P/1 & P/2) as well as subsequential proceeding in the interest of justice.” 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions as the trial is in advance stage and 7 prosecution witnesses have been examined. 5.
