The petitioner has been made accused in connection with C.I.D Court Case No. 09 of 2024 corresponding to C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.- XVIII-cum-Special Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi. 3. It is alleged that 64 batteries were stolen from B.S.N.L tower at different places 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the co-accused and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Md. Sharif Ansari @ Sharif Ansari has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 2432 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.- XVIII-cum-Special Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi in connection with C.I.D Court Case No. 09 of 2024 corresponding to C.I.D.
