Case No.219 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317 (4), 317 (5), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 61 (2), 112 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner files a supplementary affidavit. Let the same be kept in the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in possession of two stolen motorcycles. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that there is no theft report in respect of the said motorcycles. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 30.12.2024 as is evident from para-15 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.219 of 2024 with the condition that he will co- operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
