The present Application has been filed by the applicant-Sacchidanand Awasthi for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.47 of 2024, registered at Police Station Dharasu, District Uttarkashi. 2. Heard Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent. 3. Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, Advocate submitted that the investigation is pending for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 3 read with Section 21(1)(2)(3) of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 and Section 3 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2005. 4. Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, Advocate, on instructions, has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application granting liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with better particulars. 5. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent. 6. The present Anticipatory Bail Application (No.909 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh anticipatory bail application, as prayed, but in accordance with law.
