---------- 02/ 09.05.2025 In the instant writ applications, petitioners have prayed for direction upon the respondents especially respondent No. 2 to consider their cases for regularization to the post of House Keeper.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that suffice it would be if this writ petition is treated as representation of the petitioners and a direction be given to the respondent No. 2 to pass a reasoned order within a stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter- affidavit has been filed as such, petitioners may be directed to file fresh representations before the respondent No. 2 so that their grievance can be redressed.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the 2nd Respondent to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision with regard to the claim made by the petitioners in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations, by passing reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. One of the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this writ application to the concerned respondent so that their grievance can be redressed at the earliest.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
