The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to close water body situated in an extent of Ac.0.16 cents in Sy.No.313 and Ac.0.66 cents in Sy.No.315 of Nandanoor Revenue Village, G.D. Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District by converting the same into house plots and to distribute the same in favour of eligible beneficiaries under Navarathnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme. 2. This Court at the stage of admission, directed the respondents to maintain status-quo by order dated 17.03.2020. The said order is subsisting till today. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 09.04.2025 furnished by the 3rd respondent. 4. On perusal of the said instructions, the 3rd respondent has categorically stated that the subject lands were not identified nor the same was proposed for distribution of house sites. The instructions further read that the respondent has identified an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.310/1A5 of the said village for the purpose of issuance of house site pattas. TCDS,J WP_6886_2020 3 5. The instructions dated 09.04.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar is placed on record. 6. In view of the clear assertion made by the 3rd respondent that the subject lands are not proposed for distribution of house sites, the writ petition is disposed of, as no further orders are necessary in terms of interim order dated 17.03.2020. 7.
