1. The petitioner herein is a tenant who has been ordered to be evicted by the Rent Controller. Possession of the property has already been taken by the landlord in execution of the decree.
2. The petitioner prays for restoration of the possession. Admittedly, petitioner's first appeal is pending. If the petitioner's appeal is allowed, he will be entitled to file an application for restoration.
3. With these observations, the revision petition is disposed of.
