Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 07.09.2025 lodged by the respondent No. 4 being Case Crime No. 285 of 2025, Under Section 105, 123 B.N.S Police Station-Naugawan Sadat, District-Amroha, b. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent No. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of First Information Report dated 07.09.2025 lodged by the respondent no. 4 being Case Crime No. 285 of 2025, Under Section 105, 123 B.N.S Police Station- Naugawan Sadat,, District- Amroha," A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
