The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to an application dated 30.08.2025 stated to have been filed by the petitioners, wherein a prayer has been made for keeping the proceedings of Case No. 45 of 2024, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in abeyance, till an earlier order dated 21.07.1972 with regard to correction of map is implemented. Once proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated and the same are pending, it would be open to the petitioners to raise all objections in the pending proceedings, and no direction can be issued as is being sought. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to file their objections and contest the proceedings under Section 67, which are stated to be pending.
