1. The Cr'lminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 3 & 4 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Cr-lme No.416 of 2024 of Vedayapalem Police Station, Nellore District. te `.-S

A case has been registered against the pe{J-tl~OnerS/accused Nos.2, 3 & 4 for the offences punishable under sections 85, 80 (2) read wI-th 3 (5) BNS. 3. case of the prosecutI®On is that marrI'age of the deceased with Al was performed on 10.12.2020. At the time of marrl'age, on the demand of Al to A4, the de-facto complaI'nant gave dowry of Rs.1.00 lakh and 13 tulas of gold ornaments to them.
subsequently, Al was addllCted to vI-CeS, used to spend his entl-re salary therefor, neglected the deceased and chl®ldren by developing I®llegal contacts with other ladies and A2 to A4 also supported Al and harassed the deceased both mentally and physically for additional dowry. About four months ago, the de-facto complainant gave Rs.50,000/- to Al to purchase motorcycle and while so, on 20.12.2024 at about 7.30 p.m., the deceased informed to her that Al beat her and later her son jn law called and I-nformed that the deceased was suffering from chest paI'n and he suggested swallowing gas tablet, but she denied and slept. Al woke up and tried to wake up the deceased, but she dI|d not respond, immediately, deceased was shifted to Ramachandra Reddy Hospital, Nellore, where the Doctor declared that she was already dI'ed. 4. 5. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that a" the allegations are dI'reCted Only against accused No,1, \_i' .- _- ~ c_----
3 Except that, there is no direct accusation that has been made against the'petitioners herein. ln so far as the petitioners are concerned, it is alleged that they have supported accused No.1. 6. In view of the aforesaid reasons, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4. 7. Accordingly, in the event of their arrest, petitioners/accused Nos. 2 to 4 shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each, with two suret'les for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting I police officials and also on condition that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
The petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Vedayapalem Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.TOO a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. 8.
