By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the ACP of the petitioner of the financial year 2023, 2024-2025 and also provide the pay scale of the petitioner from November 2022 to December 2023 and also provide the bonus and arrears of the petitioner of the year 2023-2024, 2024-205." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already moved representation dated 27th December, 2024 before the respondent No.- 2 but the same has not been decided till date. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of the petitioner is being directed to be disposed of in accordance with law, may be in a time bound period. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27th December, 2024 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the authority concerned, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
