Heard Sri Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Uttara Bahuguna, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the Noida Authority. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), District Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the application dated 15.7.2025 of the petition which is still pending." 3. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that interest of justice would be sub-served by issuing a direction to the second respondent to consider the cause of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioner has filed the application dated 15.7.2025, which is appended as Annexure-9 to the writ petition, the same shall be decided expeditiously. 4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authority concern shall pass order independently, in accordance with law at the earliest without causing any delay.
