It is submitted by learned State Counsel that after investigation, the charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 04.09.2024 against the petitioner No.1-Sanjay Singh Rawat and petitioner No.2-Smt. Suman Rawat, while with regard to other petitioners- Anil Sharma, Kamal Prasad and Sushant Dutta, they have been exonerated, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, a liberty is given to chargesheeted petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Interim order dated 21.08.2024 stands vacated.
