The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of North Lakhimpur Police Station Case No. 85/2025 and has submitted that the petitioners, namely, (i) Papu Bora @ Papu Boruah, and (ii) Dibyajyoti Bora @ Dibyajyoti Boruah have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have been recorded. Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 28.03.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that they shall continue to cooperate in the investigation.
