Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 (Additional Commissioner (Administration) Prayagraj Division Prayagraj) to decide the appeal no. 00380/2018 and Computerized no. C 201802000000380, Raghuveer Yadav versus Ramlakhan & anothers, under section 331 (3) U.P. Zamidari Vinash adhiniyam 1950, pending before respondent no.1, otherwise the petitioner shall be suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that appeal filed under Section 331(3) of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act is pending consideration before respondent no. 1 since 2018. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 1 to decide the Appeal No. 00380/2018, Computerized Case No. C201802000000380, Raghuveer Yadav versus Ramlakhan & another, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
