Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while filing the present petition, details of similar writ petition being CWP-22364-2020 titled as Sita Devi vs. Vaish Education Soceity and others was mentioned involving the same question of law as raised in the present petition and in the said writ petition notice of motion was issued and the said writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 hence, the present petition be also disposed of in terms of the said order. 2.
