Both the respondents have filed personal affidavits, which are taken on record. Reasons so given in affidavit for non compliance of order dated 12.12.2024 is hereby accepted. Therefore, personal presence of respondent nos. 3 & 5 are exempted. 3. It has been informed by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that now relief prayed by the petitioner has already been granted to him, therefore, petition may be dismissed as infructuous, for which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. 4.
