(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for the grant of regular bail in FIR bearing No.155 dated 14.07.2025, registered under Sections 21, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural. Custody certificate dated 13.09.2025 qua the petitioner has been filed by the learned State counsel today in the Court and the same is taken on record. On being confronted with the fact that as per the custody certificate, other FIRs i.e. FIR bearing No.79 dated 13.11.2013 under Sections 18/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station D Division; FIR bearing No.30 dated 25.02.2022 under Sections 392/506/511/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, MANGAL SINGH 2025.09.16 13:33 I am the author of this document 2 217 CRM-M-50546-2025 (O&M) 1860 and Sections 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Beas; FIR bearing No.45 dated 18.02.2022 under Sections 379-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Jandiala; FIR bearing No.31/2022 dated 25.02.2022 under Sections 379-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Beas; and FIR bearing No.12 dated 14.09.2019 under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station State Special Operation Cell; have been registered against the petitioner and that the disclosure of the same has not been made by the petitioner, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
