1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following reliefs :- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its perusal.
2 / 3 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for correction in the category status of the petitioner from OBC (CL) to OBC (NCL) on the basis of caste certificate submitted by the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to issue a fresh certificate of Teacher Eligibility Test in favour of the petitioner after correction of her category status. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application to appear in the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the respondents for the year 2024. While filling the online form, the petitioner inadvertently put mark in their category (Caste) status as OBC (Creamy Layer). He submits that the mistake was inadvertent and the petitioner belongs to OBC (Non Creamy Layer), therefore, the respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner and the category of the petitioner may be changed from OBC (Creamy Layer) to OBC (Non Creamy Layer).

Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the submission and submits that the specific guidelines have been framed before filling of the online forms and according to the guidelines, any mistake can be corrected till the last date of filling of the form and after three days of the last date of filling of the said online form. He further submits that the similar matter came up before this Court in WA No. 197 of 2024, order dated 23.04.2024 (Reena Baiga and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), WA No.
3 / 3 180 of 2024, order dated 16.04.2024 (Sonsay Wadde Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and WA No. 388 of 2023 order dated 26.09.2023 (Ritu Dewangan Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) wherein this Court did not accept the submissions in that regard therefore, the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the
Judgment as stated above.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
5. The case of the petitioner is that while filling of the online form for appearing in the TET examination, 2024, the petitioner inadvertently put mark in their category (Caste) status as OBC (Creamy Layer) further she wants to change the category status as OBC (Non Creamy Layer).

From perusal of the guidelines which is placed by the learned counsel for the respondent, it is categorically stated that a detailed instructions were given before filling of the online form and it is also indicated therein that any correction in online form could be made till the last date of filling of the said online form and thereafter within a further period of three days. In the opinion of this Court, the submission of the petitioner cannot be accepted in light of judgment of this Court as stated above and guidelines issued by the respondent in this regard. Therefore, I do not find any merits in this case and the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
