Sri Kalyan Bandyopadhyay @ Kalyan Banerjee Vs. The State of West Bengal and others. ---------------
1. No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on.
2. Challenging an order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate on 7th November 2019 on an application filed under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the present writ petition has been preferred.
3. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
