Heard the counsel for the petitioners, the A.G.A. representing respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Sri Upendra Upadhyay, the counsel for respondent no. 4. The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. A writ or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash the First Information Report dated 29.08.2025 lodged by respondent no.4 in Case Crime No.0449 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 108, 109 and 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Etah." We have considered the injury report annexed with the short counter affidavit filed by counsel for the respondent no.4. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
