Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent No.2 / Sub-Divisional Officer, Tahsil-Phoolpur, Prayagraj to Decide the Suit No. 176 of 2022 (Smt. Suman Yadav Vs Arvind Kumar Yadav and Others) filed Under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Mauja Kanihar, Pargana-Jhunsi, Tahsil Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj expeditiously within a stipulated period the suit for division of holding is pending since 2022." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Phoolpur, Prayagraj to decide the Suit No. 176 of 2022 (Smt. Suman Yadav Vs Arvind Kumar Yadav and Others) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
