In the instant application, the applicant has contended that on 27.10.2021 SWP No.299/2016 along with 54 other petitions (though the same were listed on the said date in the regular cause list but at different serial numbers) was listed before this Bench and was ordered to be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench, in view of the issues involved in the petition being amenable to the jurisdiction of learned Tribunal. However, it later transpired that the said petition was never transferred to the CAT and the order passed by the Court is not even available on the records and, consequently, the petition/s had remained pending in the Registry and not even got listed thereafter. 2. Upon coming of the instant application for consideration, and after verifying the plea of petitioner/s, admittedly the petition/s had indeed been ordered to be transferred to the Tribunal on 27.10.2021. However, as the said order is not traceable and the petition/s had remained pending before the Registry of this Court, the same was never actually transferred to the Tribunal. In view of the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, the Registry is, accordingly, directed to list the aforesaid matters before this Court on 22.12.2025 along with instant application and SWP No.299/2016, out of which the instant application has arisen.
