(Oral) Applicant Muzamel Hussain Choudhary is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 18 of 2022, under Sections 420, 34 IPC, Police Station Ramnagar, District Nainital. He has sought his release on bail. 2. This is third bail application of the applicant. His first and second bail applications have already been rejected by this Court on 28.11.2024 and 02.06.2025. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. It is argued that the co-accused Tareek Anwar having similar role has already been granted bail subsequent to rejection of the bail application of the applicant. 5. This fact is admitted by the learned State Counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 2 8. Let the applicant Muzamel Hussain Choudhary be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
