No.618 of 2025. 2.The defacto complainant is present before this Court. The case arises out of matrimonial discord. The accused was tried for the offence under Sections 324, 509 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Cr.No.8 of 2012. State of Haryana (2003 4 SCC 675), this is a fit case for exercise of the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the extraordinary mode in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits/terms of compromise is dispensed with. 4.Accordingly, the case in CC.No.1200705 of 2015 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Puducherry, stands quashed.
