Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaul P.S.Case No.127 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code . 3. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, as well as, a number of cases are pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned District Court and seeks regular bail, the learned District Court may consider the bail application of the petitioner on the Patna High Court CR.
