Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Udit Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned AGA for State respondents. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the FIR dated 01.07.2018 in Case Crime No.0629 of 2018, under Section 135 Indian Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003, Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. The petitioner has been implicated under section 135 of Electricity Act which is compoundable offence. 5. The petition is disposed of directing that in case the petitioner applies for compounding of the offence alleged before the court below within period of one month from today, she shall not be arrested for a period of six months or till the conclusion of compounding proceedings before the court below, whichever is earlier.
