The present writ petition filed by the petitioner pertains to Rehbar-e-Taleem scheme and prayer made in this petition is for commanding the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2016 addressed to Deputy Commissioner, Poonch for consideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment of ReT in UPS/MS Nallah. 2. The aforesaid scheme has been closed in the year 2018. Even otherwise also, none has chosen to appear today on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the same, in case, cause of action still survives.
