This application has been filed for restoration of A.B.A. No. 3242 of 2024, which was rejected as there was preemptory order dated 16th October, 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 16th October, 2024 could not be complied as there was annual vacation in the District Court and the defect was regarding filing of certified copy of the FIR. However the same is available with him. On aforesaid premise, prayer for restoration of Anticipatory Bail has been made. 4. Such submission has been made in presence of learned A.P.P. for the State. 5. Considering the submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, Cr.M.P. No. 962 of 2025 is allowed and A.B.A. No. 3242 of 2024 is restored to its original file, subject to filing of certified copy of the F.I.R. within three working days from today. (Arun Kumar Rai, J.)
