Mr. Prashant Khanna, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Present applicant–Amanjeet Singh S/o Lakhvinder Singh R/o Village Mussa Khera, P.S. Jakhal, District Fatehabad, Haryana, is seeking regular bail in relation to first information report dated 11.06.2025 bearing FIR No.0022 of 2025, Police Station Guptkashi, District Rudraprayag, wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 340(2) of BNS, 2023. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and in fact the present applicant and the complainant both belong to Haryana and the allegations as alleged is only because of some business rivalry. 5. He further submits that the offences are triable by the Magistrate and the applicant is languishing in jail since 11.06.2025 and the applicant is having no previous criminal history 6. On the other side, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the State submits that the investigation is still going on, however, she has not disputed this fact that the offences are triable by the Magistrate. 7. After hearing the arguments as advanced by learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration that since all the offences are triable by the 2025:UHC:6953 Magistrate and the applicant is having no previous criminal history, this Court is of the view that the applicants deserve for bail. 8. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the instant bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant, namely, Amanjeet Singh, be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 10.
