After some arguments, Sri Ravi Prakash Srivastava (AOR No. A/R 1178/2012) holding brief of Sri Nirbhay Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application wherein the challenge has been raised in the Recovery Warrant (R.W.) issued by the order dated 02.04.2024 passed by the learned J.M., R. No.-2, Allahabad and Arrest Warrant (A.W.) issued by the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-5, Allahabad in the Execution Case No. 192 of 2023 under section 31 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1074/2016 (Smt. Neelam Jaiswal Vs. Arun Kumar Jaiswal & another) under section 12 of Domestic Violence Act P.S.-Colonelganj, District- Prayagraj and also quash the entire proceeding of the Execution Case No. 192 of 2023 (Smt. Neelam Jaiswal Vs. Arun Kumar Jaiswal & another), on account of incurable technical defects with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3.
