The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 17.09.2024 passed in CWP-1050- 1998. 2. On asking of the Court, Mr. Aman Chawariya, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-HSVP and contends that in compliance of order dated 17.09.2024, speaking order dated 10.01.2025 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and also placed on record. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 10.01.2025, shows that order dated 17.09.2024 passed in CWP-1050-1998, has been complied with. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
