The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main reliefs:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the examination of subject Physiology-II, Second Semester, Bachelor of Physiotherapy of petitioner on any fixed date within stipulated period. ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner within stipulated period, which are pending since long time." 2. Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent- Univerisity submitted on written instructions that the petitioner may appear in the second semester examination for Session 2025-26 and also placed the written instructions before this Court, which is taken on record. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted and prayed that the instant writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the averments made in paragraph nos.3 of the instructions. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-University and perused the written instructions. 5. Paragraph no.3 of the instructions is as follows:- "3. यािचकाकतार् सत्र 2025-26 के िद्वतीय सेमेस्टर के सम सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा में समस्त अभ्यिथयों के साथ Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Neeraj Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Rohit Pandey Saniya Islam .....Petitioner(s) State Of Up And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) परीक्षा हेतु आवेदन कर परीक्षा में सिम्मिलत हो सकती है।" 6. Taking into consideration the above-said instructions, I am of the view that the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent-University to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination as prayed by her in the second semester examination for Session 2025-26.
