The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS. has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No. 30/2025 registered at Police Station Tijara, District Bhiwadi, for the offences under Sections 132, 121(1) & 303(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3 of PDPP Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant bail application at this stage, however, submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned trial Court, therefore, he prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to consider his bail application on the same day. 3. Accordingly, this bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS. is dismissed as not pressed at this stage. However, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court on or before 17.03.2025, and applies for regular bail, the learned trial Court shall consider and decide his bail application preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
