This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 1208 of 2023, under Section 125 CrPC, Police Station Khuthan, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant no.1 is the wife of opposite party no.2 and present case is pending since 2023. It is also submitted that the opposite party no.2 did not turn up despite sufficiency of service and the matter is pending at the stage of ex-parte argument. Applicant no.1 is a lady and she is not in a position to attend the Court for the pairvi of the case on each and every date. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 6. It reveals from the perusal of the order sheets that the aforesaid case is pending since the year 2023 at the stage of ex-parte argument. The applicant no.1 is a lady. Hence, the Court concerned is directed to hear the aforesaid case ex-parte on the next date fixed in the matter, if there is no legal impediment and thereafter decide the case expeditiously in accordance with law. 7.
