Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending in the Court of Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Bareilly Division, Bareilly since 28.7.2016. 3. Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions dated 23.10.2024 received from the office of Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Bareilly Division, Bareilly has made a statement that the said appeal has already been decided on merits on 22.10.2024. 4. In view of the statement made by learned Standing Counsel that the appeal has now been decided vide order dated 22.10.2024, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
