This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. writ of issue writ of mandamus in nature of directing to Res. No.2 decide the objection dated 20.08.2025 filed by petitioner in Case No. 127/159 of 2011 new number T201802030304999 (Smt. Vimla Devi and Dukkhu and others) under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, in respect of Plot No. 683 area 1.3082 Hectare of village Unchdeeh, Pargana & Tehsil - Soraon, District - Allahabad before final decision of case." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that private respondents had initially moved an application under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, which is pending consideration in which petitioner has filed his objections, which are also pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the objection dated 20.08.2025 filed in Case No. 127/159 of 2011, New No. T201802030304999 (Smt. Vimla Devi and others vs. Dukkhu and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
