By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No. 2, Collector, Balodabazar, Bhatapara to decide the pending application of the petitioner filed under Section 165(6) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code for permission to sell the land owned by petitioner No. 1, namely Sundarsingh Dhruv bearing Khasra No. 736, 738/1 area 0.154 hect, 0.142 hect total area 0.296 hect situated in village Dasharma, District Balodabazar, Bhatapara.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been submitted before the Collector on 09.10.2020, but till date the order for permission has not been granted and application has not been decided till date. He further submits that because of the pendency of the said application, he cannot sell the property owned by him and prays that Collector may be directed to consider the application of the petitioner and decide the same.
3. Learned State counsel submits that if the application under Section 165 (6) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code is still pending
3 before the Collector, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law within a period of 2 months.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application filed by the petitioner under Section 165 (6) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code.

Perusal of the application shows that the application has been filed on 09.10.2020 before the Collector, considering the same, it is directed that if the application filed by the petitioner under Section 165 (6) is still pending, the Collector, Balodabazar, Bhatapara is directed to consider the application in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within a period of 2 months from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off. SD/-
