To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quashing the impugned first information report dated 02.09.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 417/2025, Under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur. II. To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in regard to first information report dated 02.09.2025 registered as Case Crime no.417/2025, Under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
