Learned State counsel has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, a speaking order has been passed and a copy of the same has been produced before this Court, which is taken on record and marked as Mark ‘A’. True translated copy of the documents including the speaking order have also been produced before this Court, which are also taken on record and marked as Mark ‘B’. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the above, he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings or challenge the orders passed by the authorities in accordance with law. 3.
