On 13.01.2025, when notice of motion was issued, it was so directed that considering the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will come back to India within a period of two months and he will surrender before the learned trial Court, the operation of the impugned order was stayed till the next date of hearing and it was also directed that in case the petitioner surrenders within the aforesaid period of two months, then he shall be admitted to interim bail. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that neither the petitioner has been able to surrender within the aforesaid period nor he is likely to surrender in near future, as he is abroad and therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petiton. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that he has no objection in case the present petition is withdrawn.
