The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 274, 275, 314(5), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 162 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. 4.
